"I recently had Velvet Sapphire play at my wedding, what a wonderful experience. We had opted for the 4 piece knowing that the drums would probably encourage a little more grooving on the dance floor. We weren’t wrong, the floor didn’t empty from the start of the night to the finish. Najwa was a star, her voice is brilliant and she actively encouraged audience participation (which was quite a highlight). No request was too big, we had asked them to join in part way through our first dance song, which they agreed to do and it made the occasion all that more special, the floor was filled within moments.
